All patient in cardiac arrest received resuscitation unless
*The patient has a valid Do Not Attempt Resuscitation (DNAR)order
* The patient has a signs of irreversible death: rigor mortis, decapitation, or dependent lividity .
When to STOP CPR
S - spontaneous signs of Circulation
T - turn over to professional provider
O - operator is exhausted
P - Physician assumes responsibility
